When this program is running, my CPU graph fluctuates quite a bit from 5% to 100%. I was notified that this was not a problem as long as it does not impact computer performance. Unfortunately, it is creating stuttering problems and lag issues for certain activies. For example, if I am streaming a youtube video, audio and video may stutter. This happens sometimes when I try to watch videos using windows media player or VLC. The following are specifications of my computer that may be relavent;
AMD Phenom II X6 1055T Processor (6 cores) ~2.8GHz, 8gb RAM, GeGeforce GTX 460.
Any ideas as to why this is happening and how I can fix this?
change your computer settings to either not do work when computer is in use
or to use no more than 25% memory when computer is in use, one of these should solve the problem
