server and connection errors

Cannot connect to server, and getting timed out way too many times to count. Even trying to post this message has been exhausting. Why is the server so slow and not connecting? A server upgrade would help. You really need to contact your host and get a new server. This has been a problem since I joined back in 2012. I can't believe it hasn't been fixed, and is even worse now than it ever was!
