Hello,

Under GR my units shows 0 while under the docking@home site I have 1597.  It has been more than 48 hours since I added D@H as a project.  I have verified the email address.  I have logged off then on again and hit the refresh button multiple times.  I have removede then readded D@H.

 Are there any other suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

Have you tried clearing your web browser's cache?

Are you attached to any other projects which are having this updating issue?

Thanks for the reply.

I cleared the cache.  Same problem.  Everything else is working fine.  I did notice a change last night.  I have 5 machines running BOINC and all have the same projects including D@H (I just double checked).  However GR now says that none of them are running D@H.  I did a synch with BOINC which made no difference.

Thanks again.

Update:

I completely removed D@H from both GR and all of my BOINC clients (so much for those units).  I then re-added D@H to GR and did a synch with the clients.  After hitting the GR refresh button I still had the same problem.

Just to be clear the 0 is on the GridRepublic website and values show up on the D@H website and within the program on your computer?

If the above is true I suggest submitting a help request through contact us so your account can be looked into.  Provide the email you signed up with or if you joined via Progress Thru Processors post the email you find http://apps.facebook.com/processors/credentials.php.  This will help in finding your account.  Also provide a link to this discussion as it helps to see what already has been tried.

That's correct.  0 value on GR but the credits show everywhere else (currently 7,916).

I'll go ahead and move this to a support request as you suggested.

Thanks

we've found there is a small problem at the docking@home website: we'll be speaking with them soon to get it resolved.  sorry for any inconvenience in the meantime.

this issue should not affect your desktop system at all -- you will still get and do work normally.  and credits are still accumulating.  when the issue is resolved they will display properly at GR.
