Won't install on Snow Leopard

Won't install on Snow Leopard

I'm running a Gen 6 Macbook Pro and have tried to install the Progress Through Processors App today. Once i extract the files from the .zip and run the install, nothing happens. No directory is created in /Applications and no hidden users. A search for BOINC in Finder does not bring up anything. I have ran the uninstall and used the installer several times but it;s the same everytime. When i run the uninstaller, it confirms it has been removed even though it looks like nothing has been installed. Any suggestions/help?

Thanks

Hi Nigel,

I know that there were previous issues with Snow Leopard install a while back, but thought these were corrected.  I do not run a Mac, but I have asked one of our Mac users for assistance in this issue so we can work to resolve this issue.

i've just deleted all traces of the previous install, downloaded the app from here :http://www.gridrepublic.org/index.php?page=addpc and it now appears to be working. Thanks for the help!
