Computer not in gridrepublic list

One of my computers (the main one) hasn't come up in the list on gridrepublic. It's connected to the account manager from the normal BOINC client. What do I need to do to make it appear in the list?

 Thanks

Do you have other computers which do display properly?

If so: do you recall any differences in the steps you took to attach one set or another?

(One quick thing to do: log out of GR then log back in again)

Same thing for me.

At the moment I have 4 active computers. Only 3 of them can be seen on Greed Republic. All of them were added through normal Boinc client. Tried to reinstall the client, logged in and out, waited for 3 months - my forth PC is still not there. I run the last stable Boinc version.

Tried to install the  Grid Republic client, bud had some problems with it, it was like 3 months ago, I don't remember exactly what was the problem.

The fourth PC works fine, sends and receives materials, but can can't be seen on GR.

Any suggestions?

I wonder, after you installed -- In your desktop software (the BOINC software, particularly), did you use the tools > attach to account manager function?

Thank you for your answer, Matt.

Yes. By "adding through normal Boinc client" I ment the use of this function ^_^

I did it more than once. I tried to do it after reinstalling the client as well. Any other suggestions?

For everyone in this thread having trouble -- can you post here with the name of your computer (or your BOINC CPID, if you know it)

Or if you prefer, you can send it in via the email contact form

I am also noticing this problem, and there are 4 other computers that I no longer use listed.

Just to be clear -- currently GR is designed to show all the computers you ever had -- the idea is that we provide a complete record of your contributions to date.  we figured that's what people wanted.

Having said that -- It seems some people want only currently active machine, shown.  At some point we'll add a toggle somewhere, so you can choose between these views.  But that's not a super-near-term item, i don't think... Sorry about that, if it feels wrong to you as-is...
